A Calm Mind for a Calm Day with Your Special Little People

Join Lee for a fun morning creating some healthy rainbow wraps and yummy dips to be shared amongst the group during our morning tea. Before we sit down to eat you can take part in a yoga session hosted by Jodi our trained children's yoga teacher, this session is suitable for both children and their carers to take part in together. Other things that can be enjoyed during our morning will be some our most popular playgroup actives as well as a mini obstacle course.
