Drop in and Play Together: Healthy Bodies and Healthy Minds
Playgroup Tasmania/Baptcare
Join Playgroup Tasmania and Baptcare for a morning of Children’s Week fun at Holbrook Street. We will explore the subject of healthy eating through story and hand-on activities and children will have the chance to stretch their bodies through children’s yoga and activate their senses through mindfulness activities. Baptcare will also have mindfulness packs to give away with tips for yoga activities and mindfulness for the whole family.
