Healthy Bodies and Healthy Minds
Baptcare (South Tasmania)
t will be a fun time at Baptcare's playgroup as the subject of healthy eating is explored through a story and hands-on activities. The children will have a chance to stretch their bodies through children's yoga and activate their senses through mindfulness activities. For non-participants of the playgroup, Baptcare will be giving away mindfulness packs containing hand-outs with yoga poses plus other engaging mindfulness activities for the whole family.
