Storytelling Yoga

Storytelling yoga is a wonderful opportunity to harness your child's creativity and language through physical movement. Children will learn to explore stories using their whole body which can promote a sense of wellbeing and build on the development of their physical, emotional and mental skills. Children will experience the benefits of yoga coupled with harnessing their imagination through visualisation strategies during the story telling.
