This may involve the production of promotional material through film, posters, brochures, newsletters, booklets, displays, television advertising, print advertising, the Playgroup Tasmania website and social media pages as well as for the purpose of reporting to funders.
Playgroup Tasmania is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and is compliant with the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012. Under the Privacy Act and in line with Playgroup Tasmania’s Child Safety & Wellbeing Code of Conduct, we are required to have written consent to use photographic or video images in these media.
