Playgroup Development Practitioner, SouthAndrea has worked with community organisations for more than 6 years, focusing on families, children and volunteers. She has experience designing and delivering programs that promote social connection, wellbeing and participation through the creation of welcoming spaces where families feel supported and included.
Andrea values environments where both children and parents can feel free from judgement and where parents feel supported to be the parent their child needs.
As a mother of two young children herself, she has personal experience of the positive impact nonjudgemental environments have on families and is motivated to create these spaces for all playgroup families.
