Early Support Playgroup Facilitator & Family LinkerCodie worked in community and disability service roles before joining the Playgroup Tasmania team. She is passionate about inclusive practices, has lived experience of disability and is skilled in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
She also loves having fun dressing up, joining in with songs and dances and creating playful experiences for playgroup families to enjoy.
Through her work, Codie aims to create safe spaces that foster a sense of belonging and support children and caregivers to connect and thrive.
